PROGRAM STRUCTURE (12 WEEKS – 1:1)

Format

THE 12-WEEK FRAMEWORK

PHASE 1: Restore & Prepare (Weeks 1–4)

Focus: Foundation, movement quality, confidence

  • Posture & movement screening
  • Learning safe strength patterns:
    • Sit-to-stand (squat pattern)
    • Push, pull, hinge, carry
  • Core stability & joint integrity
  • Balance awareness (static → controlled)
  • Supports joint health, movement confidence, and safe strength development.
  • Designed for longevity, safety, and confidence

PHASE 2: Build Strength & Stability (Weeks 5–8)

Focus: Muscle preservation, balance, daily function

  • Progressive resistance training
  • Lower-body strength (hips, legs)
  • Upper-body strength (push & pull)
  • Balance progression (single-leg, directional)

Client Outcome

Helps improve strength, balance, and functional ability for daily life.

PHASE 3: Strength for Life (Weeks 9–12)

Focus: Independence, resilience, longevity habits

  • Strength under real-life conditions
  • Getting up and down safely
  • Carrying, reaching, stepping, reacting
  • Long-term plan for continued strength
